The Hyundai Archery World Cup Final is the final stage of the Archery World Cup, the most important event on the international archery scene, where the best athletes of the season compete. The 2017 edition took place in Rome on 2 and 3 September at the Stadio dei Marmi, attracting over 5,000 spectators, 400 accredited guests, as well as photographers and journalists from all over the world who came to the capital to watch the competitions.

 

Social Media Management and teaser activity

In the six months before the event we developed strategies and teaser activities on the social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, to promote the completion and boost ticketing. Highly creative content production and media planning: these are the two objectives on which we worked. The communication strategy was both in Italian and English in order to fit within the international profile of the event and the potential target audience.

Media coverage of the event

A team from our agency followed the preparations and competition live from the Stadio dei Marmi, providing followers with constant updates on the progress of the races, as well as sharing anecdotes and interesting facts about the protagonists through photos, images, videos and interviews.
