WeDo Holding
WeDo Holding
The project
WeDo Holding is an international group that guides and coordinates heritage brands in high-end furniture, interior design, and the contract sector toward new growth opportunities, combining expertise and brands within a single, innovation-driven model.
The strategy
We aim to transform the way environments are conceived, constructed, and furnished, fully aware that fluidity, continuous transformation, and change will increasingly shape how we experience the spaces we live in.
Grounded in this vision, the agency developed a communication strategy that captures the evolution of the WeDo brand and redefines its role alongside the group’s companies.
The communication concept reflects a core promise: human well-being is deeply connected to the spaces we inhabit — and within this context, the holding company’s brands contribute to designing environments rooted in balance and harmony.
Brand Positioning Strategy
The project began with a series of workshops involving the group’s senior leadership, designed to examine and align the core elements of the corporate identity.
The integrated communication strategy resulting from these collaborative sessions defined the brand’s tone of voice, messaging style, and personality — with the aim of building a distinctive, recognizable narrative system aligned with the holding company’s evolutionary vision.
A new payoff: DESIGN TO BE
As part of this process, the payoff DESIGN TO BE was developed to express the group’s activities, attributes, and purpose in an evocative way.
The use of the verb “to be” encapsulates WeDo’s commitment to providing solutions capable of meeting the needs and aspirations of those who inhabit these spaces — enabling individuals to fully express themselves and, as a result, enhancing their overall well-being.
On a secondary level, “to be” introduces a dimension of evolution and the future, perfectly aligned with the brand’s vision.
New guidelines: brand refresh and brand manual
Building on the new positioning, a refresh of the WeDo logo was developed, integrating the payoff DESIGN TO BE as a core identity element. The objective of this intervention was to strengthen the holding company’s brand recognition and instantly communicate its strategic evolution through a more coherent, contemporary, and distinctive visual system.
In parallel, the holding company’s brand manual was established — serving as a master guideline for applying the visual and verbal identity across all communication touchpoints.
Lives change, places evolve. Just like we do.
The communication concept expresses the close link between the evolution of human lives and the transformation of the spaces they inhabit.
Life moves rapidly; therefore, the environments where it unfolds must adapt with high flexibility. WeDo chooses to position itself as an active driver of this evolution, interpreting change as a natural and necessary condition of the present.
The visual system translates this concept through the imagery of a building revealing glimpses of everyday life. The result is a visual narrative that directly connects evolving lifestyles with living spaces, immediately conveying the idea of an ecosystem in constant transformation.
Presenting the holding company: Company Profile
As part of the project, the group’s Company Profile was developed as an essential tool to synthesize and represent WeDo’s new identity. The document clearly and structurally outlines the holding company’s vision, organizational framework, and the role of its various business units.
Supporting the future: The Sustainability Report
Making visible what usually remains implicit: it is from this need that the group’s first Sustainability Report takes shape.
The project involved defining and structuring the group’s inaugural Sustainability Report, with the aim of creating a clear, transparent, and consistent account of WeDo’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
The report was developed not only as a reporting tool but also as a strategic positioning asset, helping to strengthen the group’s reputation among financial, industrial, and institutional stakeholders.
