Yesterday, 15th June 2026, SAY’s headquarters in Padua hosted the fourth stage of the ‘Roadshow 80’, a series of events promoted by Confartigianato Imprese as part of the initiatives celebrating the association’s 80th anniversary.
The event, titled “Nuove Generazioni, Nuove Imprese” (New Generations, New Businesses), is part of a series of meetings designed to engage local businesses and the community in reflecting on the shifts reshaping the craft and manufacturing sectors. At the heart of the discussion were the themes of managerialisation, generational turnover, and business continuity within a changing landscape. These are challenges that increasingly affect organisations tasked with preserving consolidated skills, experience, and corporate culture, while simultaneously opening up to new entrepreneurial and development models.
The evening was moderated by journalist and corporate storyteller Andrea Bettini, who opened the event with an interview with Nicola Bruno and Marco Dalla Dea, Managing Partner at SAY alongside their partners Alberto Baracco e Giovanni Cecolin. During the discussion, the two entrepreneurs retraced the merger journey that led to the birth of SAY S.p.A., sharing how distinct yet complementary professional backgrounds achieved a shared synthesis within a project founded on the integration of skills, approaches, and visions.”
This was followed by a presentation from Alessandra Tognazzo, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padua, titled “Oltre il talento: quando il sapere diventa sistema” (Beyond Talent: When Knowledge Becomes a System), which explored how individual skills are transformed into corporate assets. Her contribution focused on the value of human capital and the ability of businesses to build long-term methods, processes, and a shared culture as key drivers for growth and continuity.
For SAY, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity to engage with themes closely aligned with its own development journey. The agency hosted the event as part of the collaborative partnership launched with Confartigianato Imprese Padova for the association’s 80th-anniversary celebrations. Indeed, as an official partner, SAY contributes to this series of local initiatives designed to foster meaningful dialogue between businesses, institutions, and professional communities.
