SAY Partners with Confartigianato for the “Nuove Generazioni, Nuove Imprese” Roadshow
Date
8 June 2026
On 15th June, SAY’s headquarters in Cadoneghe will host “Nuove Generazioni, Nuove Imprese” (New Generations, New Businesses), a key stop on the Roadshow promoted by Confartigianato Imprese Padova as part of the initiatives celebrating the association’s 80th anniversary. The event is part of a series of meetings involving local businesses and the community to explore some of the main challenges currently facing the manufacturing and production sector, including generational succession, innovation, and companies’ ability to shape their future by leveraging skills and experience.
The theme chosen for this stage addresses a central issue for many organisations: ensuring continuity and growth through intergenerational dialogue, fostering the transfer of knowledge, and encouraging the emergence of new entrepreneurial visions. This topic is particularly relevant in an economic landscape where the capacity to innovate increasingly depends on blending a wealth of consolidated expertise with new professional insights.
At the heart of the meeting will be the keynote lecture, ‘Oltre il talento: quando il sapere diventa sistema’ (Beyond Talent: When Knowledge Becomes a System), delivered by Alessandra Tognazzo, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padua. This in-depth session will explore how businesses can transform individual skills and experiences into structured organisation, methodology, and shared culture, thereby unlocking the value of human capital and driving long-term growth.
The evening, moderated by journalist Andrea Bettini, will also feature insights from Nicola Bruno and Marco Dalla Dea, Managing Partners at SAY S.p.A. They will share their experience on the value of bringing together diverse skills, languages, and visions within the merger that gave rise to SAY.”
SAY’s involvement in the project stems from the collaborative partnership established with the association for its 80th-anniversary celebrations. The agency is an official sponsor of the anniversary initiatives and is hosting this Roadshow event, contributing to creating valuable opportunities for dialogue between businesses, institutions, and professional communities.
SAY S.p.A. is a marketing and communications company with offices in Padua and Milan, and a team of over 70 professionals. The agency operates through three integrated divisions – Creativity, Performance, and Relations – working synergistically to develop strategies, projects, and communication journeys that deliver concrete, measurable results for brands and organisations.
For years, our company has been a member of Confartigianato, taking an active role in the association’s community. Hosting an initiative of this calibre represents a valuable opportunity for us to engage with themes closely linked to the evolution of the economic and production system. Indeed, the ability to build long-term value, foster the transfer of skills, and interpret market shifts is becoming increasingly essential for the sustainable growth of both organisations and the regions in which they operate.
