Additionally, other requirements included targeting individuals ready to become entrepreneurs and open a new self-service laundry, with all the advantages of having a structure behind it like Bloomest.<\/p>\n<p>The concept was based on the question,\u00a0<em>&#8220;<\/em><strong>You haven&#8217;t joined\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>yet<\/em><\/strong><em>?&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0to highlight that anyone who joins Bloomest\u2019s &#8220;circle of trust&#8221; finds an ideal partner with whom to share a business horizon. To achieve this, we created\u00a0<strong>a Facebook community of active end-users that was interesting for investors.<\/strong>\u00a0We devised editorial plans with in-depth multimedia content on relevant topics.\u00a0<strong>More than 90 videos posted on Facebook<\/strong>\u00a0gained\u00a0<strong>over 2 million views<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Together with the client, we launched a social customer care initiative on Facebook, which immediately generated positive feedback. By analysing the topics that produced the most engagement and comparing them with the online offerings, we realised that<strong>\u00a0an authoritative web channel on the topic of cleaning was missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we proposed to the client to create a blog in which we could provide useful washing and drying tips to users:\u00a0<strong>Comelavare.com was launched in 2016
