It is inspired by a vision of an open, inclusive and innovation-driven community. The agency first developed a concept to create a name that would identify the core characteristics of the service aimed at caregivers and professional operators. This led to the acronym ORA: an acrostic formed from the initials of the three words <em>Orientamento<\/em> (Guidance), <em>Rete<\/em> (Network) and <em>Ascolto<\/em> (Listening).
