Starting from a concrete and applicable methodological approach, Narenti will offer his thoughts on how <strong>marketing can become a strategic tool not only for attracting customers<\/strong>, but above all for <strong>managing relationships, planning flows and selecting high-value targets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-74d22f463c61bf9556f9647edf72ee24\">SAY&#8217;s contribution is part of a day dedicated to the evolution of service as a key lever for business sustainability, in a rapidly changing landscape of <strong>digitalisation, customer centricity and new relationship models.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-dc4e78fb78035f0d9c6cba87c464dc01\">In his speech, Narenti will present how planned communication allows for better distribution of workload (e.g. servicing, tyre changes) and improved overall efficiency. The panel will close with an operational discussion with <strong>Mario Sperotto (Volvo Personal Service &#8211; Autocenter) and Alex Fava (Research Manager &amp; Digital Expert, Quintegia).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-b3c5ccb8dc336f1f5bff211e44835660\"><strong>Service Day,<\/strong> the Quintegia event born from an idea by AsConAuto, will be held on <strong>16 and 17 October 2025<\/strong> at the <strong>Veronafiere Congress Centre<\/strong>. The event is confirmed as a benchmark for the automotive after-sales business. The 2025 edition will offer more than 25 sessions, including keynotes, round tables and interviews.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color
