The auditors also highlighted the robustness of the path undertaken in previous years, which had already led to the initial certification in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9ea9de3557edab6b4469dff93e6affdc\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-966ca4bba3a8b463baa090a497204ff9\">In its final report, the certification body expressed its appreciation for the quality of the procedures in place, the clarity of the documentation reviewed and the initiatives implemented in 2025. Particular recognition was given to the<strong> effective management of internal training and to work\u2013life balance policies<\/strong>. Positively assessed elements also included flexible start and finish times and the structured use of remote working, key components of SAY\u2019s organisational model. The company employs more than 70 people across its offices in Padua and Milan, within the three divisions of <a href=\"https:\/\/sayagency.com\/en\/creativity\/\">Creativity<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sayagency.com\/en\/perform\/\">Performance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/sayagency.com\/en\/relations\/\">Relations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9ea9de3557edab6b4469dff93e6affdc\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-b58fb20f2f35defe95952cb0388cd10d\"><em>\u201cMaintaining the certification is an important recognition, because it comes from an external body and assesses what we actually do on a daily basis,\u201d<\/em> comments <a href=\"https:\/\/sayagency.com\/en\/people\/management\/alberto-baracco\/\"><strong>Alberto Baracco<\/strong><\/a><strong>, Managing Partner at SAY<\/strong>.<em> \u201cFor us, gender equality is not a formal requirement, but part of our way of doing business: responsibility, care for people and consistency between stated values and real practices.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9ea9de3557edab6b4469dff93e6affdc\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f7f48776cf12128da4f11b1e54df53ce\">A central role in this journey is played by the Gender Equality Steering Committee, which coordinates and monitors company initiatives in this area. <em>\u201cI\u2019m proud to be part of a group that works in a concrete and ongoing way to promote an increasingly fair and inclusive corporate culture,\u201d<\/em> adds <a href=\"https:\/\/sayagency.com\/en\/people\/client-manager\/giulia-consonni\/\"><strong>Giulia Consonni<\/strong><\/a><strong>, Client Manager at SAY and member of the Gender Equality Steering Committee<\/strong>.<em> \u201cThe satisfaction is even greater knowing that the certification body has recognised the value of the Committee\u2019s work, confirming the effectiveness of the actions taken and encouraging the team to renew its commitment to these fundamental issues.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9ea9de3557edab6b4469dff93e6affdc\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d832d4d36f291289a3bfda03d2d28723\">The renewal of the certification forms part of a broader organisational development path that SAY has pursued over time, with the aim of creating long-term value for both its people and the brands it works with.
