About Brand

Profilpas is a leading manufacturer of profiles and skirting boards for floors and wall tiles. Design, technological innovation, style and ease of installation are the hallmarks of Profilpas products, an Italian company that has been serving mainly retailers and professionals since 1976. The company is present in foreign markets with 9 branches. The target audience is very specific: ceramic industry retailers, wood sector retailers, contract furniture companies, naval furnishings, furniture factories with design studios, professionals such as planners, architects, interior designers, installers and construction companies.

Profilpas: an international project

Profilpas is a company with B2B customers worldwide. In order to communicate effectively with the target audience, we structured a high-performance website featuring 32 graphic templates and 4,000 contents in 10 languages. We combined digital and printed ADV, creating packaging and counter displays, and activated our creative team to work on the launch concept for a new product line, supported across both online and offline platforms.

The objectives

Profilpas advanced a range of requests that required diversified strategies and skills.

  • Renew its image on the web
  • Increase lead generation and competitive positioning on search engines
  • Resolve technical criticalities (e.g. non-responsive website)
  • Improve autonomy in the use of a CMS (Content Management System)
  • Resolve server performance issues related to data architecture.

The SAY strategy for Profilpas

The analysis of the objectives guided the definition of the vision for the work team, with the aim of bringing together professionals from different fields capable of completing a complex project that lasted a year and a half. For the development of the Profilpas website, we created a site structure that includes the main sections such as: catalogue, residential and contract applications, products and realisations. The entire site is available in 10 languages: Italian, Russian, Polish, French, German, Spanish, Czech, Portuguese, English and Croatian. The technical support and integration of information systems were combined with data entry and the necessary pre go-live control activities, which ensured a high-performance site online. In parallel, we took over management of the company’s social profiles and developed an SEO project for blog articles and multilingual ADV campaigns on Facebook and Google. But we did not stop there. For Profilpas, we are also carrying out various offline creative activities: brochures, advertising pages, counter displays, packaging, and a catalogue to launch a new product line based on an impactful concept in naming and visuals.
