In the context of continuous innovation, we launched the AIR (Artificial Intelligence Research) Project, an initiative create within the framework of the Veneto Regional Programme of the European Regional Development Fund (Veneto RP ERDF) 2021-2027, in collaboration with the Human-Inspired Technology Research Centre (HIT) of the University of Padua.
With AIR, we analysed different aspects of the use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) within business processes, dealing with:
- Ethics and legality related to privacy, data management and copyright
- Study and comparative evaluation of different GAI models
- Field testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of communication campaigns and audience response
- Analysis of the impact of GAI solutions on end users
- Identification of areas for improvement.
