Amatí is the lifestyle magazine published by Gottardo Spa, owner of the Tigotà brand and leader in Italy in the sale of home and personal care products. It is distributed in over 600 stores across Italy, with a print run of 250,000 copies per issue and bimonthly publication frequency. The magazine includes articles dedicated to fashion, beauty, sport, cooking, entertainment and current affairs, and is mainly aimed at a female target, focusing on quality visual and textual content.
Magazine restyling
Starting from the revision of the format (larger than in the past) and the elaboration of a new visual concept, SAY oversaw the complete restyling of the magazine, both in terms of content and graphic layout. The goal was to create a solution capable of improving the readability of articles while adopting a style that was closer to that of the leading lifestyle magazines in circulation.
Regarding the textual content, the SAY team reorganised the headings and sections of the magazine, designed to meet the interests of the target audience. Meanwhile, the agency’s creative department was responsible for designing a new layout for the cover, table of contents, editorial, articles and advertorials. As a result, the magazine now presents a completely refreshed version, both in style and format.
Graphic design
For each upcoming issue (a total of five, covering the entire year), the SAY team handles the graphic design and layout of individual contents, starting with the new layout and matching each content with customised graphic choices.
Content Production
Starting with the identification of the main theme of each issue and the new subdivision of the magazine’s macro categories, SAY manages the content production of each issue, involving professional journalists and content editors from inside and outside its team.
