The project
A clear digital identity to showcase hospital innovation. MED specialises in the design and construction of highly complex, turnkey specialist hospital wards. The company aims to create functional, safe and cutting-edge environments and targets a highly technical and institutional audience, such as public administrations, healthcare organisations and stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
The request
At SAY, we were tasked with rethinking MED’s entire digital identity: from the creative concept to the restyling of the logo, to the design and development of the new website www.medht.it, in Italian and English (in progress).
A strategic and narrative project with a clear challenge: to explain what MED does, highlight its unique value and give visibility to the projects it has carried out.
The strategy
A consistent identity for a brand that moves between innovation and design. To shape MED’s new digital presence, we built a path based on three pillars:
- Branding & positioning: redefinition of visual identity and tone of voice
- Creative web concept: clear and modular narration of services, projects and values
- Multilingual website: designed for the institutional target audience and for maximum usability, with a particular focus on Achievements
The development was carried out on WordPress CMS, with a focus on usability, flexible structure and continuous updating capabilities.

We have translated technical complexity into a clear, recognisable and authoritative narrative, creating a digital identity capable of speaking to institutions, professionals and partners. With this project, MED now has a clearer and more defined voice and a web presence that matches the quality it brings to hospital wards across Europe.
