The project
From the province of Padova to Rio de Janeiro, the journey of Ruggero Pertile, an Italian national team athlete who ran the 42 kilometers of the Olympic marathon in Brazil for the third time, has always seen him training and running alongside Alì Supermercati, a historic company of the Selex group that has over 110 stores in Northern Italy.
To celebrate this extraordinary achievement, we conceived and created a video in the most iconic locations of Padova and its province, interviewing Ruggero in the splendid setting of Piazza dei Signori. The clip was then used by Alì to embrace the most positive values of sport, right around the time of the world’s most important sporting event.
Video production
From writing the storyboard, to shooting, to final editing: the creative process required three-hundred-sixty-degree skills. The particular nature of the video then made it necessary to use specific equipment and apply dynamic filming techniques.
Photo shoot
Over the course of two days we accompanied Ruggero Pertile to the historic locations in the center of Padua, with the participation of company founder Francesco Canella as well, and to the most important Alì stores, creating action shots, posed photos and behind-the-scenes images.
