The project
Bibione Bike Trophy 6 hours is an endurance race on mountain bikes that has taken place in Bibione (VE) since 2014. The competition takes place on a circuit that is repeated several times, either individually or in relay mode, alternating between dirt roads, beaches, asphalt and grassy fields, with fun, characteristic passages and single tracks of considerable technical difficulty.
Creativity and graphic design
Design of the graphic concept and creation of promotional materials for the event: from letterhead to the start/finish portal, from route signage to staff T-shirts.
Social Media Management
The agency managed the official Facebook and Instagram social media channels, creating daily informative posts and setting up a digital advertising campaign that led to over 600 bikers signing up for the race. Communications were provided in two languages, Italian and English.
Event’s media coverage
A team from the agency followed the competition (2020 and 2021 editions) and reported on its progress through journalists and photographers present on site, who collected images, stories and testimonials.
