The Project

Quadrifoglio Group is an Italian brand based in the province of Treviso, specialising in the design and manufacture of furniture for work, residential and hospitality environments. Its approach integrates innovative materials, comfort and aesthetics to create harmonious spaces. With strong international expansion, Quadrifoglio Group decided to invest in a structured digital strategy to improve the visibility and effectiveness of its lead generation campaigns.

The collaboration with SAY began in 2022 and has grown stronger over time. In 2023, we created the corporate website, a multilingual platform (Italian, English, French, German and Spanish) designed to best enhance the brand’s identity. Subsequently, Chinese and Japanese versions were also launched, and the Romanian version of the website is currently being published, confirming the increasingly international nature of the project.

The request

Quadrifoglio Group’s request was based on the need to create a digital ecosystem that could reach the company’s main targets:

  • Architects, designers and interior designers looking for innovative and customisable solutions
  • Hotel owners and hospitality operators who need functional and aesthetic furnishing solutions
  • Cross-market retailers in the office, living and lighting sectors interested in mid- to high-end Made in Italy products.

On the other hand, the client wanted to increase international brand awareness, with a focus on France, the UK, Spain and Germany, as well as increase lead generation for enquiries about its products.

Website

To create an effective showcase for the brand, we designed a new multilingual website, optimised for smooth navigation and a clear division of the company’s three main areas:

  • Office – workplace furnishings
  • Living – solutions for the residential sector
  • Lighting – lighting for workspaces and residential spaces

In addition, we improved the user experience through:

  • a clean, minimalist design to enhance the photographic and video content;
  • an SEO-optimised structure, with dedicated pages for specific product categories and targets;
  • targeted CTAs for lead generation.

The project, which led to the creation of the Quadrifoglio Group website, won a Special Star for Creative Direction (Internet & Multimedia Area, Internet Section, Institutional Websites Category) at the 27th edition of the Mediastars Award.

IT developments

Within the Quadrifoglio Group website, we subsequently developed the Reserved Area, where various types of materials [technical data sheets, certifications, commercial support material, etc.] are available only to registered users, and integrated the Configurator, a tool that allows users to customise different products by choosing from the various accessories, variants and finishes available.

In 2024, the SAY IT team also oversaw the development of the website dedicated to the QG Design Hub in Milan, which is not just a showroom but a veritable design workshop, created by bringing together various partners from related sectors with the aim of creating an exhibition space for inspiration and dialogue between architects, interior designers and industry experts.

Website optimisation

SEO activity on the Quadrifoglio Group website involves a dedicated optimisation plan, with the aim of consolidating organic positioning and attracting an increasingly targeted audience.

The use of Microsoft Clarity allows for in-depth analysis of user behaviour and the integration of qualitative insights into periodic reports, in order to continuously refine strategy and performance.

Digital Advertising

The current digital advertising strategy involves managing international online campaigns on Meta and Google, active in five languages, covering two main objectives: brand awareness and lead generation, to generate qualified contacts from all the countries involved.

The ADV strategy involves a clear division of objectives by channel: Google Ads

  • Performance Max and Search campaigns for awareness on Office and Hospitality
  • Display and Video campaigns on YouTube to strengthen brand awareness in target markets

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Lead Generation campaigns to collect contacts from retailers and designers with integrated forms and retargeting and automatic sending of nurturing emails to those who fill out the form, to whom we send the product catalog and further information
  • Post sponsorship campaigns to increase engagement and promote new products

The results

SEO and ADV activities have guaranteed:

  • increased qualified traffic to all languages on the site [+8.1% clicks and +44% impressions in the last year alone, compared to the previous year]
  • increased keywords positioned on the first page, for all languages
  • increased traffic generated by non-brand searches, thanks to the positioning of generic and product keywords

Sustainability Report

In addition to digital consulting, Quadrifoglio Group has also entrusted us with the graphic design of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Sustainability Reports, confirming its ongoing commitment to transparent and responsible communication.

Educational Project

In September 2025, the Educational website was launched, the new line from Quadrifoglio Group dedicated to school furniture. The new website, available in three languages, was designed entirely by us: from defining the content architecture to the design, from web development to writing all the texts.

For the Educational project, we are also carrying out digital advertising activities to support the launch, with the aim of raising awareness and generating leads.
