Project

From 20th to 23rd of March 2024, the city of Padua hosted the first edition of the World Health Forum Veneto, a four-day event open to the public (citizens, operators, patients and experts). Promoted by the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Padua, the University of Padua, the Padua Chamber of Commerce, the Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo Foundation, Motore Sanità, VIMM, Venicepromex and Veneto Innovazione to tell the story of the healthcare of the future, from industry to AI, from space to research, and to explore the future of the evolution of medical sciences and technologies that can improve life.

Website Development

SAY has designed the official website of the worldhealthforum.it event, useful to provide detailed information on the initiative, managing panel registrations, sharing the programme and highlighting the numbers of the Veneto health sector. The portal features a modern and streamlined design, was inspired by the event’s official visual identity and developed in cool blue tones, ideal for conveying scientific and technological information while reflecting values of innovation, universality, and expertise.The website’s structure, user interface and layout were optimised to ensure seamless navigation, especially from mobile devices. Content including news, programme and press release were translated into two languages, Italian and English, to reach the event’s international audience. The agency team also directly configured and managed the registration system for the four days and provided technical assistance to participants.

Social Media Management

SAY designed a communication strategy dedicated to the four social channels of the event: Facebook, Instagram, X and Threads. The objective was to provide information on the programme, communicate with speakers and guests, highlight the city of Padua and the Veneto Region, and share health-related data. An editorial plan was developed for the management of each channel with the creation of graphic and photographic content, video animations and reels. In addition to the ongoing community management service, the agency coordinated the engagement of a number of influencers (Veneto Creators), providing them with the material necessary to spread the initiative on their own channels.

Digital Advertising

To drive traffic to the website, encourage registrations and share key information about the event, a social content promotion strategy was designed that significantly increased user engagement and audience participation on each day.

Photo, Video and Content Production

SAY provided live coverage of the four days of the event, held between Palazzo della Ragione and the Padua Congress Centre, producing photo and video content through the presence of two in-house content creators. They documented the panels and keynote speeches of the programme. The team also handled on-site post-production, including photo editing, reel editing, and animated content creation. Additionally, a set of animated GIFs, graphic templates, and stickers was designed for Instagram stories, to maintain a strong visual identity and enhance social media engagement.
