Gibus is an Italian company that designs and manufactures pergolas and awnings. Founded in 1982, it immediately became a point of reference for design in the sector on a national and international level. It proposes innovative, modular, made-to-measure solutions that promote Italian style.
In recent years, the company has developed bioclimatic pergolas capable of maintaining a perfect microclimate indoors and in all seasons. The company’s target markets are diverse, both B2B and B2C: private individuals, businesses in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, architects and designers.
Today the brand markets its products worldwide, with exclusive retailers in Gibus Ateliers.
A place in the sun with Gibus
Gibus is a company that has posed us several challenges over the years, to which we have responded by deploying different skills and integrating them into a unified strategy for online and offline.
Starting from the SEO optimisation of the website, through the ADV campaigns for the launch of a new product, to the social engagement activities for B2B and B2C targets, we have increased the brand awareness of Gibus in the Italian and foreign markets, channelling the contacts of interested people also to the physical points of sale.
SEO
Gibus approached us to improve the visibility of its site.
After listening carefully to its needs, we identified the target audience, such as type, geographical positioning and searches carried out.
Once we had gathered this data, we started an SEO optimisation of the site, which included the inclusion of the most suitable keywords.
Website development
Even sites age and Gibus asked us to redesign the company website. Given the company’s growth, we proposed a web communication strategy to the client, of which the site became an integral part.
This enabled us to build a strong web identity. We took care of the project by managing the SEO activities and coordinating the different parts involved, so as to optimise every aspect: UX, graphics, content.
We optimised the site for the main search engines and, once online, developed a series of activities to improve its visibility. Thanks to the integration of search ADV, lead generation and landing pages, we increased traffic to the site and to the physical points of sale.
Social Media Management
In 2017, Gibus felt the need to increase its web presence, making it more dynamic, updated and innovative, and to develop better one-to-one contact with the target.
Two synergic actions:
- Realisation of headings for the creation of editorial plans with innovative formats to increase fans on social channels, expand visibility, improve brand image and engagement with the sharing of constantly updated and innovative content.
- Planning of Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Together with the client, we identified specific targets and geographic areas of reference and, once the target was identified, a targeted social strategy was create, declined on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels.
Digital advertising
In 2017, Gibus asked us for help to launch a truly innovative product on the market: the Med Varia bioclimatic pergola.
We proposed a market positioning to the client and from this we started to develop a web communication strategy. The first step was to create a dedicated multilingual mini-site. For each target market, we then designed a communication using DEM, dedicated landing pages and social ads, with particular emphasis on Facebook Ads.
Constant monitoring of the campaigns allows us to continuously optimise them.
