Interno2 – a well-established and recognised player in the Triveneto property market – has chosen to rely on SAY to continue growing its digital presence. This collaboration has been ongoing for over five years and is now focused on two key areas: online advertising and email marketing.
Together with Interno2, SAY has developed a communication strategy that accompanies people. Since buying a home is never an immediate decision, time becomes a crucial factor in the purchasing process, which starts with initial online research and continues until the perfect home for one’s needs is found.
Digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google target people who are actively looking for a home. The newsletter helps maintain an open dialogue with those who are still in the exploratory phase, offering useful content such as news about construction sites, updates on available properties, information on mortgages, home bonuses, bureaucratic procedures and energy classes.
