SAY S.p.A. has launched a new partnership with the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia, one of the most prestigious institutions in the Italian creative education scene, with the aim of offering students direct experience in the world of communication.
Training young talent has always been at the heart of SAY’s vision. Thanks to this partnership, second-year students on the Graphic Design course will be able to experience a period of on-the-job training within the company, supported by art directors, graphic designers and members of the SAY Creativity team – the division of the company where the agency’s creative output comes to life.
This programme is designed to transform theory into practice, putting the skills acquired in the classroom to the test on real communication, branding and digital marketing projects.
“We strongly believe in the value of experiential training,” comments Anita Santalucia, Creative Director at SAY. “Offering students the opportunity to work in an agency, in a multidisciplinary and stimulating environment, means preparing them in a practical way for the challenges of the professional world while nurturing the creativity and freshness that only young people can bring. Sharing, cross-pollination and the creation of synergies are part of SAY’s founding values and vision.”
“The school has always maintained strong ties with the world of work, orienting student training towards professional careers,” explains Livio Savioli, Director of the Advertising Graphics course at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia. “Teaching, based on the principles of “learning by doing”, finds a natural continuation in the collaboration with SAY. During their experience at SAY, students are exposed to the environment, relationships and rhythms typical of the professional world, acquiring valuable skills for their future employment.”
“Investing in young people is a way to restore value to our sector,” adds Giovanni Cecolin, Managing Partner of SAY. “Collaborations such as this one create a virtuous bond between schools and businesses, giving students concrete tools for growth and companies the opportunity to welcome new energy and new perspectives. SAY believes in excellence, a value that we find in the methods of the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia.”
With offices in Padua and Milan and a team of over 75 professionals, SAY stands out for its ability to combine creativity, performance and public relations in an integrated approach.
For over twenty years, the agency has been working with Italian and international brands, contributing to the growth of companies, products and events, while maintaining a focus on the development of people.
The collaboration with the International School of Graphics represents a further step in this direction: a concrete bridge between education and profession, built to inspire and nurture the talents of tomorrow.
