A single entity, two offices in Padua and Milan, over 70 people and 300 active clients.
Yesterday, at the Chamber of Commerce in Padua, SAY S.p.A., the new major independent player in communication and marketing, born from the merger between Site by Site and YAK Agency, was officially presented.
“SAY was created after a long-standing collaboration between our companies, through the union of our strengths, our stories, and our shared values,” stated the four founding partners Alberto Baracco, Nicola Bruno, Giovanni Cecolin and Marco Dalla Dea during the press conference. “Joining forces is essential to offer more opportunities and better solutions to the people, clients, suppliers and partners we work with.”

The event, which was attended by authorities and trade associations, was an opportunity to share the company’s figures: 70 professionals working in the two company offices in Padua and Milan, with a portfolio of more than 300 active clients in Italy and abroad, including Italo, Miele, Schüco, Tigotà, Erreà, Golden Lady, Isola dei Tesori, and the International Olympic Committee, to name but a few.
The three company divisions, which work in a cross-functional way to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions, were also introduced during the press conference:
- SAY creativity builds, expresses, and strengthens clients’ identities through creative strategies, artistic direction and copywriting, graphic design, photo and video production, and social media management.
- SAY performance is the area that deals with positioning and visibility: website creation, data analysis, advertising campaigns, search engine positioning, and email marketing are some of the services offered.
- SAY relations focuses on improving clients’ reputations through public relations and press office activities, editorial projects and media relations, and event organisation and management.

People are at the heart of our vision. SAY invests in corporate welfare, smart working, continuous training, flexibility, and benefits to support its talented employees. The company has also recently obtained Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) from TÜV NORD Italia, confirming its commitment to a fair, inclusive, and meritocratic work environment, in addition to the many technical certifications for the services it provides.
