SAY participated in the second edition of the Digital Artifex Festival with two presentations that focused on the value of conscious work and innovation.
On Sunday, 30 March, Nicola Bruno participated in the General Assembly of Confartigianato Imprese organised as part of the festival: an important opportunity to discuss the new challenges of digital craftsmanship, in an event that brought together institutions, businesses and communities.
“We believe in a business model rooted in the local area and close to the people,”says Nicola Bruno, Managing Partner of SAY. “Only by networking can we face the challenges of the market and generate value for the communities in which we operate. At SAY, we focus on research and development, and of course on training, to offer innovative marketing and communication products and services, integrating technology and creativity, artificial intelligence and artisan intelligence, knowledge and experience, while keeping people at the centre.”
The day before, on Saturday 29 March, Alberto Baracco gave a speech entitled “Work and values: how to choose the company that represents you”. This event was designed for young people – the schools and universities participating in the Festival – with the aim of offering useful tools for navigating the world of work and identifying professional opportunities in line with their principles.

“We believe in values, and seeking a values match is the advice we give to those listening to us today. It is important that people choose opportunities in the market that are in line with their principles and sensibilities, in order to find satisfaction in their career path,” explains Alberto Baracco, Managing Partner and HR Manager at SAY. “It is the responsibility of every company to value commitment and build fair and inclusive environments. This offers young people real opportunities and builds a strong team. At the same time, meritocracy must guide choices, giving due recognition to those who contribute with passion and responsibility to the achievement of results. At SAY, we have chosen to invest in people, with growth plans, welfare, support for workers and families, in line with a corporate gender equality management system certified by TÜV Nord.“
These two testimonials confirm SAY’s commitment to supporting a future of work based on values, skills and participation, as well as constant updating and innovation.
