Service Day 2025: SAY on stage with Alberto Narenti

On 17 October, as part of the latest edition of Service Day, a key event for the automotive after-sales sector, Alberto Narenti, ADV and Strategy Director at SAY, will take part in a panel discussion entitled “Service overload: marketing can make the difference”.
His talk, scheduled to take place in the Vivaldi Room from 12:00 to 13:00, will address a particularly relevant issue in a context where workshops often work at full capacity and resources are limited. Starting from a concrete and applicable methodological approach, Narenti will offer his thoughts on how marketing can become a strategic tool not only for attracting customers, but above all for managing relationships, planning flows and selecting high-value targets.
SAY’s contribution is part of a day dedicated to the evolution of service as a key lever for business sustainability, in a rapidly changing landscape of digitalisation, customer centricity and new relationship models.
In his speech, Narenti will present how planned communication allows for better distribution of workload (e.g. servicing, tyre changes) and improved overall efficiency. The panel will close with an operational discussion with Mario Sperotto (Volvo Personal Service – Autocenter) and Alex Fava (Research Manager & Digital Expert, Quintegia).
Service Day, the Quintegia event born from an idea by AsConAuto, will be held on 16 and 17 October 2025 at the Veronafiere Congress Centre. The event is confirmed as a benchmark for the automotive after-sales business. The 2025 edition will offer more than 25 sessions, including keynotes, round tables and interviews.
