SAY chosen for communications for the 2nd edition of the World Health Forum, the international event that showcases the latest developments in medical science and technologies that improve lives.
For the second consecutive year, the SAY team was responsible for the digital communication of the World Health Forum Veneto – the international event dedicated to health, prevention, and medical technologies, which this year attracted over 3,000 participants and speakers from around the world.
The three-day event, packed with meetings, took place from Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 March 2025 at the Padova Congress, allowing healthcare professionals, experts, students and citizens to discover the frontiers of technology applied to health.
Many influential figures took part in the forum, promoted by the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Padua, the University of Padua, the Padua Chamber of Commerce, and the Cariparo Foundation, to address some of the most pressing issues in healthcare and promote public awareness of general well-being. Once again, SAY earned the trust of the organizers and handled communications for the Forum, providing strategic and production support, including collaborating on populating the event website worldhealthforum.it with updated content (news, press releases, and the official program) in two languages (Italian and English), the graphic design of all communication materials for press and digital promotion and on-site signage, and event management through live coverage of the three days, where the agency’s content creators documented all the conference panels with photos, videos, and social media posts.
During the three days, there were 16 sessions featuring leading experts in the institutional and economic fields, Italian scientists and scientists from around the world, from leading academic institutions such as Harvard Medical School, King’s College London, Imperial College London, and the University of Navarra. The Forum explored topics related to environmental, physical, and nutritional health, with a focus on the role they play in prevention and treatment in hospitals in the Veneto Region: from prevention to innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, from epidemiology to metabolic medicine, to the new frontier of 3D organoids, to anticipate the study of diseases.
