SAY at the University of Padua for Digital Taste

On May 30, 2025, the Digital Taste training workshop came to an end at the University of Padua. The initiative was aimed at students enrolled in the Consumer Psychology and Persuasion Techniques course, taught by Prof. Serena Tassoni as part of the Bachelor’s Degree program in Gastronomy and Catering Sciences and Culture, coordinated by Prof. Franco Tagliapietra. The project was carried out in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese Padova, which provided the artisan businesses involved in the course.
Over the course of three meetings, SAY brought a practical activity to the classroom: a workshop designed to guide students in analyzing the digital communication of four artisan companies in the food sector, with the aim of producing strategic observations and concrete proposals to improve their online presence.
An opportunity to put the skills acquired at university to the test and apply them to real cases, with the guidance of Nicola Bruno, Managing Partner of SAY, and Mauro Campani, Creative Director of Ovo Studio. A project that is part of a training program that enhances the synergy between academic teaching and the professional world.
“We are delighted to have collaborated with the University of Padua on an initiative that effectively combines theory and practice,” comments Nicola Bruno. “We believe that experiences like this represent a valuable opportunity to bring students closer to the market and to share with them the visions, tools, and methodologies that guide our work every day. It is also a way to give back to the world of education and build the future of communication together.”
